Deep Brain Stimulation - Programming
Programming is done for those with a brain stimulator implant in order to treat symptoms of Parkinson Disease, Essential Tremor and Dystonia.
Botulinum Toxin Injections
Botulinum Toxin injections are used to treat those with muscle hyperactivity disorders such as blepharospasm, hemifacial spasm, oromandibular dystonia, sialorrhea (excessive drooling), cervical dystonia and limb spasticity.
EMG Guidance
Used to assist Botulinum Toxin injections by allowing the physician to acccurately listen to the muscle overactivation prior to injecting the toxin.
Ultrasound Guidance
Used to assist Botulinum Toxin injections. This technique helps to guide and visualize the activated muscles as well as surrounding tissue structures.
